Free shipping offers (where indicated) apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only.
Shipping Charges
If a product doesn't have a Free Shipping label, then shipping will be charged at checkout. A handling charge of $5 to $15, depending on the products and the amount of the order, is included.
Please note that our shipping software isn't always accurate, especially when ordering multiples of the same item or very heavy items. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will issue you store credit for the difference. If you are undercharged, then you got a great deal!
International Orders
We do not ship internationally.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.
If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:

Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
CabKing, Hi-Tech Diamond, Inland and Tumble-Bee: 1-5 business days
Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during holiday periods. Shipments can also be delayed due to supply-chain issues with our manufacturers. We will inform you if there is any significant delay expected.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@lapidarymart.com.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lapidarymart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Works great! Love that it’s quieter than the last tumbler we used. Very easy to set up and run. The barrels seem nice and heavy duty.
I live on the North Fork of the John Day River and am very fortunate to find gems and “ colorful treasures”. These are a batch finished with the step 2 grit. The other barrel is in the middle of polishing River glass. This is my second 2 barrel Lortone; my other one was given to me 23 years ago—— and is still going strong!
This is my first rock tumbler. This tumbler has an even and consistent sound that naturally becomes background noise. It’s very easy to use and to clean. I love watching it spin. It’s easy to load and to clean.
I have been tumbling for more than 5 years, and the Lortone tumblers are the best. They are quieter than any other tumblers I have tried ... it is amazing how much that really matters. The tumblers can be easily fixed when a belt breaks, and they are easy to maintain with gun oil or spray where the rods run into the housing. It is great that the Lortone tumblers and accessories are available again, and that Lapidary Mart provides them at the same cost as when they disappeared years ago.

Fast delivery and works great.
So far it's working well! I've been running it non-stop for about 8 days or so. The motor casing stays very hot, but I knew to expect that. Seems well-built. I plan to lube the rod ends monthly to keep things running smoothly.
I have only run through my first batch of stage one. So far, so good! Happy so far.

I know that I will love this one! I need an extension cord first!
Unit operates as expected, however the unit gets rather hot. I had to start the motor then add drums one at a time as the motor does not have enough torque to start tumbling form a dead stop with drums installed.
The service was fantastic! They sorted out my mistake on the shipping address without making me feel like the fool I was. The tumbler arrived in perfect condition. It is better than I could have hoped for. I would re commend them to anyone!

Suggestion. Replace the two plastic retainers with thin roller bearings, you’ll never need to replace the plastic again

My research told me this Lortone would be a good choice, but then I found out they just stopped producing them. It's a gift for someone who wants to get back into rock tumbling. I found one here! It arrived quickly but won't get opened and used for a few more weeks. Can't wait! I think Lapidary Mart and I will be very happy together.
Awesome hobby machine
I stopped making lunch when I saw my delivery person carrying a box to my porch. He hardly got a thank you before I was headed to the garage to open it up. So much for great job of packaging it, I tore it open and as everything was tightly packed had to ask for help to get it out and on the work table. It was quickly examined inside and out and a load of snowflake obsidian was put on to tumble. As I had several already turning, there was no discernible sound, to identify it over them. Nice. Well oiled, stones rolling gently and I was smiling. I patted the box, put it in the recycle bin and went to have lunch with my family. A good day with a new tumbler rolling. Made my day.
