30 Day Return Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the damaged product at our cost.
Changes to Order
If you wish to add to or subtract from an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we have already processed your payment, we may need to send you a separate invoice for anything that is added. If you wish to subtract any items after payment processing, it will take a few days to refund the difference.
If you wish to cancel an order and it has not shipped yet, you may do so and we will refund the purchase amount. If we have already processed your payment, a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. In order to insure that, we are very happy to answer any questions you may have before purchase but it is ultimately up to you to make sure that you are ordering the correct dimensional and/or grit sizes of products.
That being said, we understand that sometimes you may still order the wrong thing or simply change your mind, so we allow you to return an order within 30 days of purchase. At the same time, we hope you understand that we do have some necessary limitations and conditions.
If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The items you purchased must be in new, unused, resalable condition in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return shipment cost.
- The actual cost to ship the items to you, whether you paid for shipping or shipping was free, will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on the brand, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
- A $20 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you decide that you do want to return an order, please send an email to email@example.com for further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that you used when placing your order.
Please note: Lot-O-Tumbler products are excluded from this policy. Except for shipping damage or the wrong item sent, they may not be returned and ALL sales are final.
