Free Shipping

Free shipping offers (where indicated) apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only. 

Shipping Charges

If a product doesn't have a Free Shipping label, then shipping will be charged at checkout. A handling charge of $5 to $15, depending on the products and the amount of the order, is included.

Please note that our shipping software isn't always accurate, especially when ordering multiples of the same item or very heavy items. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If you are undercharged, then you got a great deal!

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:

Lightning Lap: 1-2 business days
Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
CabKing, Hi-Tech Diamond, Inland and Tumble-Bee: 1-5 business days

Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during holiday periods. Shipments can also be delayed due to supply-chain issues with our manufacturers. We will inform you if there is any significant delay expected.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@lapidarymart.com.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@lapidarymart.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Covington Glass Engraver

The Covington Glass Engraver is the perfect tool for precision engraving and cutting of various types of glass. This top-of-the-line engraver is a truly versatile machine that utilizes mandrel-supported engraving wheels and glass cutting wheels up to 6" in diameter.

One of the great features of this engraver is the unobstructed access to the wheels. This provides easy and convenient access to the engraving wheels, allowing for maximum precision and control while working.

The engraver also comes equipped with a 1/2 gallon drip can and two water waste pans, which help to keep your workspace clean and free of debris. The adjustable waterspout allows you to control the flow of water to the wheels, ensuring that they stay cool and free of debris during use.

In addition, the adjustable speed control allows you to set the speed of the engraver up to 1600 rpm, providing you with complete control over your engraving projects. The 1/4" Jacob's Chuck and Wheel Adapter, along with the heavy-duty sealed ball bearings that are greased for life, ensure that the engraver is easy to use and extremely reliable.

The engraver also comes equipped with a powerful 1/2 hp motor, a belt guard, and a flexible lamp, making it suitable for use in a variety of different environments. Additionally, the package includes five assorted mandrel-mounted 320 grit aluminum oxide engraving wheels and a thin-flex diamond cutting blade, giving you everything you need to get started right away.
