Free shipping offers apply to orders with a shipping address in the lower 48 states only. If you want a product that is over 70 lb shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, you will not be able to check out. Please contact us for a shipping quote and we will manually complete your order. We do not ship internationally.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for shipment within the specified time frame.
If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email or phone and void the pre-authorization if you so desire. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within the following time frame according to brand, from the date of your order:
Lot-O-Tumbler: 2-5 business days
Gearloose, Lightning Lap: 1-2 business days
Crystalite: 2-5 business days
Gemini: 5-15 business days
Covington Engineering: 1-5 business days
Barranca Diamond: 4-6 weeks
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
Our refund policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because of the wide variety of uses and expectations from lapidary equipment and supplies, we can not guarantee satisfaction of a purchase. However, we are very happy to answer any questions you may have before purchase. It is ultimately up to the customer to make sure that they are ordering the correct dimensional and/or grit sizes of products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, you may do so under the conditions stated above as long as the item(s) are in new, resalable condition. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions on how to return it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that you used when placing your order.
